Professional Installation
Terms and conditions
This installation service is only offered with Omega Security systems, cameras, and equipment.
We do not install third party equipment.
All Installations Include:
90 Days Installation Warranty – Omega Security will warranty all installation issues for a period of 90 days from the date of original installation. After the 90 days the customer agrees to pay for any trip and labor costs required to replace defective parts and/or equipment.
1 Year Equipment Warranty – Omega Security includes a 1 year warranty for equipment from the date of installation. The customer also agrees to pay for any trip and labor costs required to replace defective parts and/or equipment. See the Maintenance Plan below for lifetime coverage.
Lifetime on Parts, Labor & IT Services (Maintenance Plan) – Available for a small monthly fee
Omega Security will grant a lifetime warranty for equipment to those customers who add our maintenance plan to their system. The customer also agrees to pay for any trip and labor costs required to replace defective parts and/or equipment.
What is not included in our installation fee?
- The installation fee does not include wiring to detached buildings, structures or underground cable installations. It does not include camera locations above 12′ (feet) in height.
- The installation fee does not include man-lifts or additional cables. The customer agrees to pay additional costs for lifts or additional cables if insufficient cable lengths are purchased with the system. .
- The installation fee includes all materials to professionally mount equipment and provide a professional installation but does not include any addition parts need to compete installation such as a conduit and labor, brackets, video monitor or HDMI video cables.
